Sean did an outstanding job. Very professional. Fixed the problems and even cleaned up after the work was done.
The sales representative was superb and the technician was excellent. He took the time to explain the issue and formulated a preventative plan. Additionally, to make sure that the pipes are running smoothly a member of their team will be back will be back tomorrow.
I suppose if you’re shopping for a plumber, this plumbing experience with Mink made me feel cared for and valued as a customer. My experience with LaRona and Harrison for a commercial property would prompt me to call for my home as well.
I had to edit my review because I had my technicians name wrong. I did this, even though mink since you technicians information before they come to your business. Do you get a picture of them and their name; I loved that Safety feature, but I did read it, and heard the wrong name.
Also, Clay, called today because he’s coming out with the camera to make sure that the lines are working properly. We had a good laugh about “Who is Bill” the name I called our rockstar tech and that brightened my day. Still, I had to fix it because in an age where customer service is being redefined this tech is top notch.
Oh and before I forget, I received an email with an invoice copy and pictures of what he did every step of the way! I didn’t have to call and ask for nothing!!!
