Mink Plumbing recently completed some work at my home. The team arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and completed the job efficiently. They took the time to explain the work being done, answered all of my questions, and left the area clean when they finished. The quality of their work was excellent. Lance was very professional from start to finish. We had our private water line shut off valve replaced. We called another local plumbing company for another problem and was very unhappy with their service. So of course we were nervous to call another plumber. I had a tankless water heater maintenance flush performed by The Mink plumbing yesterday. I can’t say enough good things about the service provided by this company. Conner arrived early ( called and made sure that was ok) Super friendly and professional. Explained what he was doing and why the flush was important for tankless heaters. Completed the work quickly and we were good to go! Follow up call today to make sure all was ok with the visit. Mink did all the plumbing in our new build 2+ years ago and are always responsive to questions and quickly resolve any issues. Pleasure to work with Mink.
Lance and Chayan were amazing! They not only installed a new hot water heater in our attic for us, but they also worked extremely hard to get two old hot water heaters out of our attic. And the attic was so hot on this June day!! We cannot thank them enough for their patience, diligence, and kindness. We will definitely use Mink again for our future plumbing needs!
